The Saudi Water Authority (SWA) launched today the “Water Content Creators” Award as part of the final day of the Innovation Driven Water Sustainability Conference (IDWS 2025), as an initiative aimed at enriching water-related content in a simplified and engaging manner, and expanding public awareness of water issues through modern and innovative content.

The award serves as a platform that brings together knowledge and creativity, contributing to the transformation of water technologies, innovations, and projects into diverse content that is easily accessible to the public and reflects the significant development taking place in the sector. The award covers various categories of visual, audio, and written content, in addition to AI-generated content, enabling wide participation from content creators inside and outside the Kingdom, as well as members of the water ecosystem.

SWA adopted the slogan “Drowned in Content” as the official identity of the award, reflecting the spirit of creativity and the flow of ideas associated with water technologies and sustainability issues. The registration platform opened on December 8th, and will remain available until the end of January, with applications open to individuals, teams, and companies, provided that an official representative is designated for team registrations.

The award reflects a national direction toward supporting innovation and strengthening the presence of specialized content, enabling society to engage more clearly and closely with water innovations, while enhancing the role of content creators in raising awareness and delivering impactful messages that contribute to the sustainability of the sector.
