The Saudi Water Authority (SWA) and the Board of Grievances have signed a cooperation agreement aimed at achieving direct integration and electronic connectivity between the internal platform of the SWA and the Board's administrative execution platform. This is to facilitate the submission of execution requests on behalf of the Authority at the Board's headquarters in Riyadh.

The signing was represented by Ali Al-Ahaideb, the Secretary-General of the Administrative Judiciary Council, on behalf of the Board, and Mr. Saad Al-Muhaigl, the Vice President for Legal Affairs and Governance, on behalf of the SWA.

This agreement contributes to organizing the mechanism for direct linking and joint digital integration between the electronic platforms of both parties and developing judicial services related to administrative execution orders, in accordance with the execution system in front of the Board of Grievances and its executive regulations.

This agreement is in enforcement of a decision by the Administrative Judicial Council, stipulating that execution requests on behalf of administrative entities must be submitted through direct integration and electronic connectivity with the administrative execution platform and other joint government platforms, and no request will be accepted unless it is linked with an electronic platform.
